Landscape Remodeling
We transform outdated, overgrown, or unfinished yards into clean, functional, high-value outdoor living environments. Choose between our fully custom designs or our straightforward pre-built packages.
Pre-Built Landscape Packages
Designed for homeowners who want an easier, faster, and cost-effective way to upgrade their property without starting from scratch.
Custom Landscape Designs
Tailored for unique elevations, large residential lots, backyard expansions, or homeowners with a specific outdoor vision.
We Don't Just Plant; We Engineer Long-Lasting Curb Appeal
Every landscape remodel is built with durable weed barrier fabrics, deep spade trench bed edging, premium soil enrichment, and proper plant spacing so your yard thrives for years with minimal maintenance headaches.
Above-Ground Pools & Custom Wooden Pool Decks
An above-ground pool doesn't have to look temporary. We install quality above-ground pools and build **custom wooden decks around them** to create an integrated, finished backyard resort that feels permanent and welcoming.
Solid Wooden Decks Engineered For Heavy Foot Traffic & Water Resistance
Above-Ground Pool Installation
Complete ground preparation, laser leveling, base sand bedding, liner installation, and equipment setup for round and oval models.
Custom Wooden Pool Decks
Crafted specifically around your above-ground pool's exact shape and top-rail rim, creating seamless flush walk-out access from your yard or patio.
Built-In Safety Railings & Gates
Code-compliant wooden railings, sturdy balusters, child-safe latching gates, and secure wide-tread wooden staircases.
Sun Decks & Lounging Platforms
Expand your pool deck with dedicated lounging areas for lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, towel stations, and family barbecues.
We focus exclusively on genuine, heavy-duty pressure-treated and cedar wooden decks built specifically for above-ground pool integration. We do not build concrete, paver, or composite pool decks. This deliberate focus means you get a master-level wooden structure engineered right the first time.
How We Build Your Above-Ground Pool & Deck
From site inspection to your first cannonball.
Site Grade & Pool Placement
We assess your yard’s slope, excavate and level the pad, and properly assemble the above-ground pool frame and liner.
Framing & Post Setting
Deep concrete-set structural footings, heavy joists, and precision framing closely contoured to the pool rim.
Decking, Railings & Gates
Premium wood decking boards fastened flush, handrails installed, secure locking gates, and cleanup ready for summer.

What Our Neighbors Say
Hear from local homeowners who trust Southern Ground for their routine lawn care, landscape remodels, and backyard deck projects.
“Southern Ground completely transformed our backyard. We bought an above-ground pool last summer, and having their crew build a custom cedar deck around it made all the difference. It feels like a high-end resort now, safe for our kids, and built rock-solid.”
“Best lawn care company we’ve ever hired. They cut crisp stripes, edge cleanly around the curbs without tearing up turf, and always latch our back gates so our dogs don't get out. Extremely dependable crew and fair pricing.”
“We went with one of their pre-built landscape packages for our front yard that had gotten overgrown and weed-filled. In just two days, old bushes were cleared, new soil and river rock beds were laid, and healthy boxwoods installed. Added instant curb appeal!”
